Smart Snacks in School

• It allows for candy and snacks to be sold at school 30 minutes after the school day.
• Groups decide what they sell at events outside school grounds.
• States have the flexibility to allow school sponsored fundraisers with candy or snacks during the school day.

Freedom Fundraising has presale order forms such as our Celestial Candle brochure and our Excite Your Snacktime brochure. Fundraisers which use order forms for products not intended for consumption at school are exempt from nutrition standards.
